Let's Go To The Zoo!

It's Naufal's first field trip to the zoo today minus the parents. I'm so excited about it and Naufal? Guess it goes without saying that he was anticipating eagerly for today to be here. Sent him at 8 this morning and (trying to be a nice Mommy) waited for a while but then he came to me and said,"Mommy, I think it's okay if you leave now." Gosh! My son. And yes, that's my son, that's his way of assuring me that he's only going for a trip to the Zoo and not to a battle field. Well, I'm gonna miss him today, at least up to 5pm. Really, I miss him already now. He is such a good company, listens to my thoughts, shares my loneliness and all. What can I say, that's Naufal, he's 6 but he understands...a lot of things. Proud of you son.
